Bhawna Saxena, working in the Department of Official Language of the Central Government and is appointed in Surinam by the Ministry of External Affairs for promoting Hindi. She has published a research book "Surinam mein Hindustani Bhasha, Saahitya v Sanskriti", and a collection of short stories "Neelee Titlee".
