Satyendra Kumar Raghuvanshi, born in 1954 in Agra, did M.A. in English. After completing his studies, he taught for a few years and then joined the administrative service. He retired in 2019 after serving as Home Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Government and Uttar Pradesh State Public Service Tribunal.
In the last five decades, his poems etc. have been published in almost all the important newspapers and magazines. His published books are –
