Yun Pati Kee Maa Bante Jaanaa

Dr. Kiran Sipani, who received the Gold Medal for her M.A. in Hindi from Calcutta University in 1971, and has been honoured with the Shiksha Sammaan by Bhaaratiya Bhaashaa Parishad and the Phoolkumaaree Kaa(n)kariya ShikShaa-Sevaa-Saadhanaa-Sammaan by the Jain Sabhaa Vichaar-Manch, has led a life closely associated with teaching and literature.

She has taught part-time at Victoria Institute and Taaraadevi Harkhchand Kaa(n)kariya Jain College, Kaasheepur, and has served as Head of the Hindi Department and Arts Coordinator at Acharya Jagadeesh Chandra Bose College.

Her literary talks, poems and short stories have been broadcast on Doordarshan and AakaashvaaNee. She has presented papers at the Tenth World Sanskrit Conference (1997) and at various other literary and academic gatherings. She has also been actively involved with several academic, literary, cultural, social and religious institutions.
